GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THE NETHERLANDS TIMBER TRADE ASSOCIATION

The appertaining Arbitration Rules of the Netherlands Timber Trade Association (”Arbitrage Reglement Vereniging Van Nederlandse Houtondernemingen”) were deposited at the Office of the Clerk of the District Court in Amsterdam on 1 October 1992 under number 274/1992.

The following General Conditions of Sale and arbitration clause may only be declared applicable by merchants who are a member of the Netherlands Timber Trade Association. These merchants may also apply these General Conditions of Sale to their transactions with merchants who are not a member of the Netherlands Timber Trade Association.
